Creamy Banana Matcha Iced Latte

Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana chunks
¾ cup milk of your choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch cinnamon
½ tsp matcha powder
250ml boiling water
Ice cubes
Method
Place the banana, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in a blend and blend until smooth and thick.
Whisk the matcha powder with boiling water. Cool it down with a few ice cubes.
Pour the banana mixture into glasses, add a few more ice cubes and top with the matcha tea. Stir a little and serve with a straw.
