Pine Mushrooms with Burrata

Servings 2 to share

Ingredients

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

6 pine medium mushrooms, brushed clean and sliced 

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 

½ tsp sumac 

1 sprig of thyme, leaves picked 

1 knob of butter 

Good pinch salt

1 ball of burrata

Method

Heat a pan over high heat and add the olive oil and mushrooms. Sauté for a minute, and then add the garlic, sumac and thyme and season generously with salt. Remove off the heat and toss the butter through.

Serve the mushrooms on a shallow plate with the burrata served on the side.
