Raspberry, Mint & Coconut Water Icy Poles
Cook Time 10 minutes (+4 hours freezing)

Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut water powder
2 cups water
A pinch stevia (optional)
1 punnet fresh raspberries
1 Handful fresh mint
Method
Mix coconut water powder with water and a pinch of stevia.
Line the moulds with some mint. Pop a raspberry on the icy pole stick.
Pour the coconut water into icy pole moulds, place the lid with the berry on top and freeze until set.
