Raw Berry Porridge

Ingredients

1 cup oat milk or rice milk
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup berries
1 tbs. psyllium husks
½ a banana
1 scoop of whey protein (optional)

Method

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve in either a bowl or glass.
