Steamed Silken Tofu in Caramel

Ingredients

1 x 300g silken tofu

Strawberries, finely chopped to serve 

Coconut Caramel

1 cup coconut milk

⅓ cup coconut sugar

Pinch of salt

Method

Steam the tofu for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the coconut milk and sugar to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until the coconut caramel is thick and glossy. Mix occasionally to prevent the coconut caramel from burning. Mix in a pinch of salt and set aside.

In shallow serving bowls, add the steamed tofu and drizzle with the coconut caramel. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
