Super Fruity Muesli

Cook Time 30 minutes

Servings 2-4

Ingredients

¼ cup millet
¼ cup quinoa
4 cup rolled oats
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup flaxseed meal
½ cup sliced scalzo nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazil)
1 2/3 cup apple juice
1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
¾ cup chopped dried fruit

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

Rinse millet and quinoa, and stir in with dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients. Toss well, and bake until brown, about 15 minutes. Stir in fruit.
