Sushi Wraps

Ingredients

3 tbsp cream cheese
1 carrot, finely sliced
1 cucumber, finely sliced
½ avocado, sliced
6 cooked prawns, deveined and cut in half length ways
2 Mission low GI wraps

Method

Spread the cream cheese over the wraps, place the toppings at the bottom end of the wrap and roll tightly.

Then cut into 3cm rounds so they resemble sushi.
