Robert Coco
Robert is one of Australia’s most well loved Pastry Chefs who has spent most of his career travelling the world & working in Luxury Hotels & Patisserie’s. Throughout his experience as a Pastry chef he has worked in Japan, France, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, Mauritius & Maldives. At the age of 26, Robert was discovered & represented Australia in the World’s most prestigious “World Cup Pastry” in Lyon France.
During Robert’s travels, he has had the pleasure of cooking for well known royalty & famous persons such as Prince William, Roger Federer, Queen Elizabeth, Gerard Depardieu, Steve Martin, King & Queen of Thailand, Emperor Akihito of Japan, Keanu Reeves, Michael Schumacher, Queen Mother of Bhutan, Alain Ducasse, Gordon Ramsay, Andrea Bocelli & Brooke Shields.
In September 2006, Robert opened Cavallini Bakery & Patisserie, in Queens Parade North Fitzroy, Melbourne. After ten years of sharing his passion with Melbournians, he still loves spending time teaching & baking.
