Coconut and Chocolate Mousse

Cook Time 10 minutes plus overnight chilling

Servings 4

Ingredients

100g dark chocolate, melted

1 x 400ml coconut milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

Fresh berries, to serve

Chopped roasted macadamia nuts, to serve

Method

Blend dark chocolate, coconut milk and maple syrup together for 1-2 minutes or until well combined. Pour into glasses or bowls of your choice and set in fridge overnight to set.

Serve with berries and chopped macadamias.
