Creamy Baked Eggs in the Air Fryer

Ingredients

4 free-range eggs

2 tbsp thickened cream

10g butter

Chive, to garnish

Sourdough, cut into batons and toasted

Pinch salt

Olive oil

Pink peppercorns, crushed

Method

Butter two oven-safe dishes. Pour cream into the dishes followed by the eggs. Season with salt and the pink peppercorns.

Set the air fryer to 215°C. Cover dishes with lid or aluminium foil and place into the air fryer for approximately 8 minutes, or to your liking.

Lightly coat bread batons in olive oil and add to the air fryer. Cook until golden brown.
